A contemporary refresh on a 20 year old home.

A modern 20 year old property situated in Chilwell, given a more considered makeover with changes to lighting, walls and decor. Design and managed project for both the living room and kitchen carried out in 2025.

One project, working both of the rooms at separate times to avoid disturbance in the day to day living of my client.
Warm colours throughout in shades of taupe, dusky pink and chalky whites all complimented by a contrasting black detail picked up in the lighting and internal doors.
The kitchen remodel was a door swap, changing blue to taupe, ice white lighting to warm white. A handle less slab door in a soft matte cahsmere finish, perfectly complimented by a anthracite black island.
In the kitchen we also removed the external door and window, and added in a full room width sliding door and full height window. This was to add light into the room and give a beautiful view out onto their newly landscaped garden.
The living room remodel kept existing furniture, however we added a new colour scheme for the walls, wallpaper, textiles, artwork and window treatments.
